The 2017 Toyota Corolla has received a number of exciting upgrades this year, making the best-selling compact sedan in the world an even more attractive option for buyers in and around Columbia, SC this year. In addition to its refreshed exterior styling, the various trim levels of the Corolla benefit from a number of feature upgrades as well, from a standard rearview camera and advanced safety suite to upgraded upholstery. Starting at $18,500 MSRP, the L trim comes with the standard 1.8L four-cylinder engine that generates 132 hp and 128 lb-ft of torque. Standard tech includes a rearview camera, a 6.1-inch Entune touchscreen, Siri Eyes Free, and the Toyota Safety Sense P package with forward collision warning and mitigation, lane departure warning and mitigation, pedestrian detection, and auto high beams.
Upgrade to the LE for $18,935 MSRP and you’ll get variable intermittent wipers, keyless entry, stylish metallic interior trim accents, an automatic climate control system, and heated side view mirrors. This model also gets bigger, 16-inch wheels.
The LE Eco trim starts at $19,335 MSRP. It comes with a specially tuned engine and suspension that increases output to 140 hp and 126 lb-ft of torque while also increasing fuel economy to an EPA-estimated 40 mpg highway and 30 mpg city. Other performance highlights include a rear spoiler and low-resistance rolling tires on 15-inch wheels.
Starting at $21,825 MSRP, the XLE trim site on 16-inch alloy wheels and comes with premium features like push-button start, SofTex leatherette upholstery, heated front seats, and a 7-inch touchscreen with Entune Audio Plus audio upgrades and a Scout GPS Link navigation system.
The SE trim
starts at an MSRP from $20,445. It comes with dynamic sport styling, starting with the front end’s black mesh grille and the rear end’s rear spoiler. You’ll also get aggressive 17-inch alloy wheels and a chrome-tipped exhaust system. Inside the cabin, this model features steering wheel mounted paddle shifters on the CVT model, sport bucket front seats, and a sporty gauge cluster.
SE 50th Anniversary
With an MSRP from $21,990, the SE 50th Anniversary gets unique Special Edition badging on the outside as well as Special Edition floor mats. You’ll also get keyless entry and start, Black Cherry-trimmed leatherette upholstery, and the Entune Audio Plus system with integrated navigation.
At the top of the lineup, the XSE starts at $22,680 MSRP and comes with exclusive features like heated front seats and a power driver’s seat. It also comes with a moonroof, keyless entry, and push-button start.
