We’re Here for you, and our Toyota dealership is here for you! Dick Dyer Toyota has taken several operational actions to address COVID-19. We’re prioritizing our customers and associate health above all, by cleaning and creating a safe environment for every guest or colleague at our Toyota dealership. The cleanliness and maintenance of our facility is now more pertinent than ever, as we work to establish the best possible experience for our customers. Our entire faculty is taking the necessary, additional steps to keep you safe. Please see below for answers to our most common concerns:

Is Dick Dyer Toyota going to be open during COVID-19?

Our plan is to remain open for the entire duration which we can provide a safe and healthy environment for our associates to serve our customers. We’re also monitoring and responding to guidance from local authorities. You can refer to our hours or contact us for the most updated information.

What kind of precautions are you taking?

  • Aside from our normal daily facility cleanings, we are keeping our janitor crew on-site all day to constantly wipe down common areas, as well as the vehicles being test driven.
  • Sneeze guards, encouraging wearing masks, and temperature screening of every employee prior to every shift.
  • Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes have been placed conveniently throughout the dealership.
  • All of our sales team who comes in contact with our vehicles are wearing gloves at all times. We also ensure that they wipe down steering wheels and other contact areas for proper sanitization.

Can I still shop online?

Yes! At Dick Dyer Toyota, we believe purchasing a new or pre-owned car, truck or SUV should be easy and convenient, so we’ve made the buying process better and faster – At No Additional Charge! Once you complete a trade in or credit approval or price inquiry, we will contact you to set further arrangements.

How can I get my car serviced?

We can do one of three things to service you with a repair or maintenance request:

  1. Schedule a service appointment, and bring your vehicle in to the dealership
  2. Call and schedule a service drop off so that all the paperwork and payments can be completed prior to picking your vehicle up
  3. Call and schedule a service pickup so that we can arrange for your service to be completed without you leaving your home
